FIR Fulda is a world leader in felt manufacture, producing a wide range of products, made from wool and needle-punched chemical fibres.
Born in the early '50s as a single plant specialising in the production of woollen felts, FIR Fulda soon gained widespread recognition for the quality of its products.
Its incessant growth culminated in the acquisition of other companies in the sector, the diversification of its manufacturing processes and the fine¬tuning of applied industrial technologies.
At present, the structure of FIR-Fulda production is in Sant’Ambrogio di Torino and linked to others Germany Plants which are able to meet all customer requests, from both the quantitative and qualitative standpoint, and to offer a full range of products, including: coloured felts, technical felts made from wool or chemical fibres, sheets, polishing wheels, filtration cartridges, sleeves and cut parts of any shape and size.
